The Lord's Prayer Now it came to pass, as Jesus was praying in a certain place with his disciples. On that day one of them asked, "Lord, teach us to pray." And so he taught them what almost all Christians have come to know and even memorize, The Lord's Prayer. It is one of the most commonly prayed prayers by people of all Christian faiths in both public and private worship. |

Let's pray
Our Father in Heaven,
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as in Heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our sins
as we forgive those who sin against us.
Save us from the time of trial
and deliver us from evil.
For the kingdom, the power,
and the glory are yours
now and for ever. Amen
