Minnesota Vikings been in contact with NFL regarding Jordan Addison's legal situation
General manager Kwesi Adofo-Mensah told reporters that the Minnesota Vikings have been in contact with the league regarding Jordan Addison.

The Minnesota Vikings have been in contact with the NFL regarding Jordan Addison's ongoing DUI case.
Last week, Addison pleaded guilty to what is known as a "wet reckless" charge. Addison will be placed on 12 months' probation, pay a $390 fine, and complete two online courses.
It remains to be seen what punishment Addison will receive from the league. According to general manager Kwesi Adofo-Mensah, the Vikings have been communicating with the NFL as the legal process continues.
"We've been in communication with them," Adofo-Mensah said of the NFL.

Adofo-Mensah continued to say that the Vikings are prepared for any punishment that could be handed down to Addison. He noted that team-building is a part of replacing any player, and that this situation is "no different".
It will be interesting to see if the Vikings try to use Jalen Nailor as WR2 in Addison's potential absence, as they did last year, when he missed time with an ankle injury. The Vikings added rookie Tai Felton and veteran Rondale Moore, who could each battle for significant playing time at WR3 or WR4.
