No team spent more on undrafted rookies than the Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jacksonville Jaguars spent the most this offseason on their 2025 undrafted rookie class compared to the rest of the NFL.
According to Spotrac, in total contract value, the Jaguars spent $65.43 million on UDFAs. In second is the Minnesota Vikings, spending $62.46 million. Last in spending are the Houston Texans with $20.86 million.
Now, the Jaguars being at the top of this list is in large part due to the size of the UDFA class. Following the draft, GM James Gladstone made 22 additions, which is the most in the NFL, so naturally, the total contract value is going to be on the higher side.
But in addition to that, the Jaguars also handed out their share of guarantees as well, totaling $2.085 million, which was the fourth-most. Again, the number of signees contributes to that total, but also, 11 of those signings received over $100,000 in guaranteed money. For some context, the LA Rams didn't have any UDFAs who eclipsed that guaranteed dollar mark.
Under Gladstone, the Jaguars' roster has been reshaped heavily this offseason. The Jaguars were the only team in the NFL to not re-sign any of their own unrestricted free agents, while Gladstone went out and made 12 outside free agent additions.
The Jaguars then added nine draft picks to the roster, along with 22 UDFAs. In total, on a 91-man roster, there are 43 new players who are new to this team.
