SEC offers rolling in for Georgia State OT commit Jared Doughty

Atlanta (Ga.) Banneker offensive tackle and Georgia State commit Jared Doughty has seen the interest spike from the SEC with Georgia, Missouri and Auburn each extending a scholarship in the last week.

Each or these programs are quickly giving him a lot to think about.

The Bulldogs got it rolling this past weekend.

“The program, the coaches, the development, character development, these are all things I know they prioritize and these are all things that fire me up,” Doughty said.

Missouri extended a scholarship on Wednesday.

“What stands out about Mizzou is the player chemistry I have there,” Doughty said, adding he’s looking to set a date to the Tigers campus.

Auburn also offered on Wednesday and Doughty will visit this weekend.

“What fires me up is the interest they have in me, the program, and building new relationships with the coaches,” he said. “I can see myself there moving forward.”
