Vote for the SouthCoast High School Baseball Player of the Week for May 19-26
Candidates come from Apponequet, Stang, Dartmouth, Fairhaven, Voc-Tech, New Bedford, Old Colony, ORR and Wareham. Voting ends at 8 p.m. on June 2.

The winner of last week’s Baseball Player of the Week poll was Old Colony’s Cam Vallee. He had more than 15,000 votes (62%) to receive the honor.
Vallee had an RBI single in the eighth inning to power the Cougars to a walkoff win over Upper Cape.
Previous winners were Apponequet’s Ethyn Travis, Fairhaven’s Nick Lajoie, Aidan Smith and Lucas DaCosta and Wareham’s Tyler Cannon. The winner of the Preseason Baseball Player of the Year poll was Wareham’s John Varden.

Ryan Levesque, Apponequet
Levesque pitched 7 innings in a win over East Bridgewater, allowing 4 earned runs on 3 hits and 3 walks with 5 strikeouts.
Sean Lundrigan, Apponequet
In 4 games, Lundrigan had a combined 6 hits and 4 RBIs.
Gabe Zuber, Apponequet
In an 8-inning loss to Bishop Stang, Zuber pitched 6 ⅓ innings, allowing 2 earned runs on 3 hits and 5 walks with 7 strikeouts. He also pitched 2 innings in a 6-2 win over the Spartans, allowing 1 earned run on 3 hits and 2 walks with 3 strikeouts.
Matt Burt, Bishop Stang
In a pair of games against Apponequet and Durfee, Burt went a combined 3-for-4 with 2 runs scored.
Landon Cardoza, Bishop Stang
Cardoza went 7 innings, allowing 2 runs (1 earned) on 5 hits and 2 walks with 8 strikeouts in an 8-inning win over Apponequet.
Markus Andrews, Dartmouth
In a win over New Bedford, Andrews walked twice and had a pair of singles. He also scored 4 runs and had an RBI.
Brady Beauparland, Dartmouth
In 2 games against New Bedford and GNB Voc-Tech, Beauparland went a combined 4-for-8 with 4 RBIs and 2 runs scored. He also pitched the seventh inning against Hingham for his fifth save of the season.
Ian Rego, Dartmouth
Rego went 6 innings against Hingham, giving up 3 hits and no runs with 3 walks and 10 strikeouts.
Logan Stott, Dartmouth
Stott had 3 hits, 2 walks, an RBI and 2 runs scored in a pair of games against GNB Voc-Tech and Hingham.
Evan Lamontange, Fairhaven
Lamontange went 6 innings in a win over Dighton-Rehoboth, allowing no runs on 9 hits and 1 walk with 8 strikeouts. Lamontange was 2-for-3 at the plate.
Ryan Pires, Fairhaven
Pires pitched scoreless 7 innings in a win over Nauset, allowing 4 hits and 2 walks with 9 strikeouts. He also picked up the save against Dighton-Rehoboth, pitching 1 shutout inning with 1 strikeout.
Jack Anderson, GNB Voc-Tech
In a win over Dartmouth, Anderson went 6 innings, allowing 5 runs (1 earned). He also had 2 doubles at the plate. Against West Bridgewater, Anderson drove in 5 runs, including a 2-run home run.
Boston Bettencourt, GNB Voc-Tech
Bettencourt had 2 hits, 2 RBIs and 2 runs scored against Dartmouth.
Trevor Roderiques, New Bedford
In 2 games, Roderiques had a combined 3 hits and 1 RBI.
Kris Woods, New Bedford
Woods had a combined 2 hits, 1 RBI and a run scored in 2 games.
Cam Vallee, Old Colony
Vallee went 2-for-4 with 2 RBIs in a loss to Diman.
Aidan Eagle, Old Rochester
In a win over Bourne, Eagle was 3-for-4 with a triple and 3 runs scored. He also had a hit against Norton.
Colin Mello, Old Rochester
In 2 games, Mello had a combined 2 hits, 2 RBIs and a walk.
Wilson Skomal, Old Rochester
Skomal had a combined 3 hits and an RBI in 2 games.
Jackson Cabe, Wareham
In a 7-6 win over Southeastern, Cabe hit a sacrifice fly to drive in the winning run.
Tyler Cannon, Wareham
Cannon went a combined 6-for-7 with a triple and 6 RBIs in 2 games.
Keenan Peterson, Wareham
Not only did Peterson pitch the Vikings to a win over Southeastern, he went 2-for-3 with a double against Holbrook.
