Honesty is the human quality of communicating and acting truthful and with fairness, as best one is able. It is related to truth as a value. This includes listening, reasoning and any action in the human repertoire. In one word honesty is the quality of being honest.

Honesty is a good thing, but it is not profitable to its possessor unless it is kept under control.
The day is for honest men, the night for thieves.
No legacy is so rich as honesty.

Self-respect is the cornerstone of all virtue
Some people have so much respect for their superiors they have none left for themselves.
That you may retain your self-respect, it is better to displease the people by doing what you know is right, than to temporarily please them by doing what you know is wrong.
Respect a man, he will do more.
In his private heart no man much respects himself.

In the modern world, sincerity is the rare and often admired virtue of speaking truly about one's feeling, thoughts, desires. Sincere expression carries risks to the speaker, since the ordinary screens used in everyday life are opened to the outside world. At the same time, we expect our friends, our lovers, our leaders to be sincere.
Nothing gives rest but the sincere search for truth.
Sincerity makes the very least person to be of more value than the most talented hypocrite.
All wrong doing is done in the sincere belief that it is the best thing to do.
Sincerity and truth are the basis of every virtue.
Weak people cannot be sincere.
Be sincere, be brief; be seated.
No lover, if he be of good faith, and sincere, will deny he would prefer to see his mistress dead than unfaithful.
The way I see it, it doesn't matter what you believe just so you're sincere.
We ought to see far enough into a hypocrite to see even his sincerity.

Cows are amongst the gentlest of breathing creatures; none show more passionate tenderness to their young when deprived of them; and, in short, I am not ashamed to profess a deep love for these quiet creatures.
An infinitude of tenderness is the chief gift and inheritance of all truly great men.

God is love. Any time you feel love, it's God because God is love. He who doesn't love doesn't know God. We know and have believed the love which God has for us. God is love, and he who remains in love remains in God, and God remains in him. I John 4:8 & 16.
The greatest love is divine love, love of God. You can love God as a mother, a father, a protector, a formless presence, a child, the divinity in everybody's heart, a feeling in your heart.
